I'm a sucker for vinyl toys and other plastic doodads. So I was really pleased to stumble across this selection of Moomin toys on A Calm Shop:

Not Familiar with Moomin?

Drop by the Finnish website for Moomin and click around. They have such cute Flash animations (especially the loading sequence on the home page).

Here's a Moomin comic for kid-friendly fun:

The Japanese version of the Moomin site is not quite as fun, but still interesting to click about on. Some of the designs remind me of Studio Ghibli.
