Well, my Office 2007 has de-activated itself. Apparently it no longer “comes with” a new computer. You get a trial version and then it’s a la carte time.
MS can GTH. I have Open Office.

@Stephen Oh, that sucks… Same thing happens on the Mac too, although I can’t recall if it is a pre-install or if you just get a disc.

Open source is the future. MS has a hard lesson ahead.

um well you can still buy it with a new PC but even if you don’t, the trial is a good way to see if you like it and if you do you can buy directly from the product.
